Rules

The 2026 season.

2026 season. Fee, deposit, intake dates and the prize list go on this page when Lee and Stacy sign them off.

  1. The race. The Autumn Ace Pigeon Challenge is a one loft race from Weemere, Golberdon Road, Pensilva, Liskeard PL14 5RN. Lee and Stacy Luscombe train the birds.
  2. One loft. Every bird lives in the same loft, eats the same feed, takes the same tosses, and clocks to the same trap. That is the point of Ace.
  3. Entries. You enter a youngster. Fee, deposit and intake dates are published here when they are signed off. Email the loft before you send birds: AutumnAcePigeons@Outlook.com.
  4. Training. Lee and Stacy train every bird the same. The toss list is the loft’s. Fanciers do not pick rings for a toss.
  5. The series. The programme is hotspots and a Final. In 2025 that was Hotspot 1–4, a Semi-Final and a Final. Dates and liberation points go up when they are set. Weather can move a liberation.
  6. Clocking. The clock is Benzing. Live times also show on this site. Arrival order on the clock is the result.
  7. Ace. Ace is the bird that does it again and again across the series, not one lucky day. Ace pigeons go on the Hall of Fame after the Final.
  8. Prizes. Prize money and how many places are paid are published here when they are signed off.
  9. Auction. After the series the birds go to auction. In 2025 the loft sold them on Facebook, from £30, bids up in £10.
  10. Lost and held. Lost, held or sick birds are the loft’s call.
  11. The loft’s decision. The loft may refuse an entry. On liberation, result and any dispute, the loft’s decision is final.
  12. Changes. These rules can be updated. The version on this page is the one that counts.
